Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
in reporting and disbursements
Collaborate with teams to develop scalable financial solutions and
prepare budgets
Guide the building of an internal finance team and provide

Required Qualifications
Connection to the organization's mission and values
8+ years of experience in accounting/finance for nonprofits, with a
CPA and knowledge of GAAP
Strong understanding of accounting software and technology
implementation
Proven analytical skills and innovative problem-solving
abilities
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and
deadlines
