A company is looking for an Operations and Workforce
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contact center management software and ensure service level
agreements (SLA's) are met
Analyze call volume trends and adjust staffing and operations
accordingly
Develop strategies for process improvement and enhance customer
service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations
Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in workforce management, preferably in a
call center environment
2+ years of operations management or related experience
Proficient with contact center and workforce management
software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with advanced
proficiency in Microsoft Excel
