Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Project Managers Without
Borders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage program schedules, resources, and budgets for
global efficiency
Provide updates on program progress and financial status to the
board of directors
Lead and supervise staff and volunteers, ensuring clear
communication of roles and expectations
Required Qualifications and Education
Master's degree in education, management, or related field
preferred
Minimum 10 years of management-level experience, particularly in
grants administration or quality assurance
PMP certification highly preferred
Experience in program or portfolio management and working with
nonprofit organizations
Demonstrated success in developing programs within a global
organization
