Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the enterprise-wide Client/Sales Engineering team and drive
sales for high-capacity Ethernet networks and related services
Establish departmental strategy, manage operations budgets, and
enhance sales effectiveness through improved processes
Develop leadership relationships and guide product development
direction for optimized service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and
extensive related professional experience
10+ years of relevant work experience in sales engineering or a
related field
Proven leadership and team management skills
Experience in developing and managing operational budgets
Ability to stay informed on competitive landscape and emerging
technologies
