Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Manager to oversee
technical support operations and lead a team of support
specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and mentor help desk specialists while setting
performance goals
Oversee daily help desk activities and ensure prompt resolution of
issues
Implement best practices in support workflows and collaborate with
product teams for improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent work
experience preferred
3+ years of experience managing a help desk or technical support
team in a SaaS environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Proficiency in help desk software and ticketing systems
Experience supporting government or highly regulated environments
is a plus
