Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Product Success Manager to
oversee the FUSE platform and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and execute the international demand intake process and
manage user feedback
Collaborate with the product team to prioritize feature
enhancements and manage user training
Oversee issue resolution and manage the Learning and Development
team
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product and change management
Deep knowledge of Aprimo and familiarity with additional marketing
technologies
Experience in managing user training and development
initiatives
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Must be available to work during EST hours
