Powered by innovation!For more information on Develon products, visit na.develon-ce.com.What You'll DoThe Training Site Manager will manage the day-to-day operations and optimize the use of the DEVELON training and customer site in Arizona. This role will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver dealer/customer training and customer events. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction machinery sector, either with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or a dealer and possess a strong understanding of compact and heavy construction equipment with prior operator experience. Key Responsibilities:Overall Site Management: Located in close proximity to Tucson, AZ, perform overall day-to-day site management of the property and future site buildings and assets. Site management includes, but is not limited to:Manage the day-to-day operations of the site. Ability to do minor to medium level facility construction and repairs. Ability to trouble-shoot technical facility issues. Work with internal DEVELON departments to ensure facility uptime. Work with utility providers and contractors to ensure that the facility is operating efficiently and correctly. Work with contractors on future facility development and property improvements.Work with local hospitality, catering, lodging and transportation companies to guarantee quality and timely delivery of services. Receive and send shipments, including loading and unloading of equipment and operating machinery. Customer & Dealer Event Development and Execution: Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Service with the overall scheduling, and execution of customer and dealer events. Aid in developing and tracking event goal setting and success metrics that facilitate the sale of DEVELON products. Actively participate in event activities.Budgeting and Project ManagementExecute a capital plan. Manage site budget.Monitor / manage site development project plan. Experience Required: 3-5 yearsTravel Required: up to 10%Experience in the construction machinery sector, either with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or a dealer, and possess a strong understanding of compact and heavy construction equipment with prior operator experience.
