Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engagement Manager, Strategic
Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall project execution, balancing client and team input
to achieve project goals
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging healthcare
knowledge and insights
Coach and mentor junior staff, fostering their skill development
and knowledge
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience with healthcare providers on
strategic initiatives
At least 2 years of experience managing others in a management
consulting environment
Prior management consulting experience is required
Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau is a
plus
