Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing team of user engagement analysts
and health informatics specialists
Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and
health outcomes
Collaborate with product, design, and health solutions teams to
align on user engagement goals
Required Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in user engagement with a successful
track record
Exceptional creativity and willingness to experiment with
innovative strategies
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence
across teams
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments requiring quick
decision-making
Understanding of health systems and health informatics is a
plus
