Key Responsibilities
Define scalable and maintainable systems using modern web
technologies
Take ownership of projects from inception to deployment, making
architectural decisions and ensuring smooth releases
Mentor teammates and work cross-functionally with designers and
product teams
Required Qualifications
Strong expertise in TypeScript, front-end and back-end frameworks,
and cloud-based architectures
Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous
environments
Experience in mentoring and fostering growth in team members
Strong opinions about product development based on user needs and
technical decisions
Experience with real-time systems, documentation processes, and
interactive tutorials
