Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.Sign on Bonus up to $3000 As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for hardware design from requirements analysis through schematic capture, managing of layout constraints, supporting PWB layout, manufacturing, and integration & test. Expert-level understanding of hardware development processes throughout the lifecycle of the program or project Experience with circuit card design using advanced materials and packaging techniques Working knowledge of the Mentor tools Suite for schematic entry, constraint manager, HyperLynx SI/PI analysis Collaborative, creative thinker with demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to drive innovation and secure buy-in on concepts and ideas Our Commitment to You: An exciting career path with opportunities for continuous learning and development.
