Range for this position is $184,300.00-$225,000.00 annually. The
full Pay Range is $138,800.00 - $258,500.00 annually. At BECU,
compensation decisions are determined using factors such as
relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual
qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives
are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance

time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up

Solutions Engineer (ERP) at BECU, you'll be at the forefront of
delivering modern, cutting-edge solutions that redefine experiences
for our members and customers.Your leadership, creativity, and
technical expertise will help shape our technological future,
enabling BECU to stand out in the market. As the senior-level
technical expert, you will be responsible for leading the design,
development, support, and implementation of future enterprise
resource planning (ERP) systems and enhancing current ERP systems,
ensuring they are optimized to meet evolving business needs while
strategically aligning with future technological advancements.By
designing and implementing innovative systems, you'll empower
teams, enhance member experiences, and drive tangible value for the

single role being advertised across our approved locations (WA, OR,
ID, AZ, TX, GA or SC)To join our dynamic team, we require
candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If
you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving
distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ
on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.For those candidates that live outside the
commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work
locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are
