Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Referral Manager to join
their Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and retain loyal customers while incentivizing referrals to
increase net revenue retention (NRR) and reduce churn
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer
experience across various channels
Monitor and improve customer incentive programs, using data-driven
strategies to enhance engagement and retention
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in creating customer referral and incentive
programs
Experience in designing customer-facing marketing campaigns
Strong collaboration skills with product marketing and customer
experience teams
Knowledge of lifecycle and channel marketing best practices and
trends
Understanding of user segmentation, personas, customer journeys,
and lifetime value
