A company is looking for a Special Loans Analyst II (Credit
Reporting).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with credit reporting processing policies,
investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate in resolving escalated customer issues related to
credit reporting
Stay updated on industry trends and improve processes for
efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications and Experience
1-2 years of experience with credit reporting and FCRA
principles
Deep understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines
Highly organized, reliable, and results-driven
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
