Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Creative to
implement creative strategies and campaign execution for Fortune
500 clients in the dermatological skincare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative concepts that resonate with target
audiences
Provide guidance to creative teams to ensure alignment with
campaign strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to translate creative ideas into
effective campaign execution
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in creative strategy,
marketing/advertising, or creator marketing
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong writing skills and proficiency in Google Slides and
PowerPoint
Startup experience is preferred
Ability to stay current on industry trends and innovations
