Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Director to lead accounting
and financial operations for a nonprofit newsroom.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain internal control and financial policies to
ensure compliance and accurate reporting
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting,
reporting, and grant proposal budgets
Coordinate the annual audit process and ensure compliance with
nonprofit regulations
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of financial operations and management experience in a
nonprofit organization
Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and
reporting
2+ years of experience with Quickbooks Online Plus or Advanced
Strong knowledge of financial software and tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
