Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collection and Appeals
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve accounts receivable balances and
correspondence in a timely manner
Make routine collection calls and identify billing errors, unpaid
claims, and cash application issues
Document account details, provide customer service, and ensure
compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in finance,
accounting, or a related field is preferred
1-3 years of strong collections and appeals experience required
Previous Home Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy experience highly
preferred
Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
Experience with CPR+ systems preferred
