SpecialistLocation:CityScapeWhat you'll do:As a Senior Preferred
Banking Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in
delivering training programs across multiple formats, both
virtually and in-person, to support Client Service and Branch
Banking teams. You will be responsible for delivering engaging,
effective training experiences that enhance product, service, and
technical expertise, with a particular focus on deposit and
treasury management products.Your ability to deliver high-impact
training in diverse settings will be instrumental as you deliver
comprehensive learning initiatives that empower our teams to
achieve sales, service, and operational excellence. Working closely
with the Training Manager and team, you will deliver dynamic
learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of our
workforce.Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as
you leverage your knowledge of products and services to ensure
ongoing development across all levels of the organization. Your
facilitation skills, combined with your focus on creating impactful
learning experiences, will foster a culture of continuous
improvement and professional growth.In this role, you will ensuring
training deliveries enhance employee skills, support system
adoption, and elevate service standards-ultimately contributing to
exceptional client experiences.What we are looking for:
- Deliver targeted training programs: Collaborate with the
Training Manager and team to prioritize the delivery of high-impact
training across multiple formats, ensuring operational processes
are improved and risks are addressed.
- Foster stakeholder collaboration: Build and maintain strong
professional relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter
experts in Treasury Management, Product, Service, Operations, IT,
and third-party services to support the delivery of effective
training.
- Enhance the training experience: Continuously identify
opportunities to elevate employee learning by delivering content in
a way that is engaging, relevant, and practical, whether in virtual
or in-person settings.
- Ensure content accuracy and compliance: Work closely with
operations and product experts to ensure that training materials
are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with regulatory, legal, and
internal policies.
- Support program improvement: Actively participate in training
program assessments, collaborating with the Training Manager to
address feedback and implement changes that improve the training
experience, processes, and outcomes.What you need to have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred knowledge of Western Alliance Bank's products,
services, regulations, policies, and procedures, with an emphasis
in Treasury Management products.
- Preferred strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred advanced proficiency utilizing the Microsoft Office
suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong, sophisticated written and verbal communication
